ACT 100m HDMI Premium 4K Hybrid Cable HDMI-A Male

ACT 100m HDMI Premium 4K Hybrid Cable HDMI-A Male | For long HDMI runs

When your HDMI source and screen need to sit far apart, a short cable can dictate where your equipment goes. The ACT 100m HDMI Premium 4K Hybrid Cable is named for a 100-metre run, giving you a cable option for a setup where that distance matters. It has an HDMI-A male connector, and its product name identifies it as a 4K hybrid cable. That makes it relevant to shoppers planning a long HDMI connection and looking for this connector type. The practical point is the reach: you can plan the route around the room or installation rather than choosing a position just to suit a short lead. Before you settle on the route, measure it carefully; a direct distance across a room may not match the path you need the cable to follow. Its a specific cable for a specific kind of run, rather than a general accessory for every setup.

Planning your cable route

For a long run, it helps to map the cable path before placing equipment. Include the route around walls, furniture or other obstacles, not just the gap between the two connection points. That gives you a more realistic sense of how much cable your layout calls for. Also consider where the connected equipment will sit, so the cables end can reach without forcing you to rearrange the whole setup. This simple bit of planning can save frustration when youre putting a system in place. The ACTs length makes it a candidate to consider when a standard short connection wont suit the layout; the HDMI-A male end gives you a clear connector type to compare with the connection you need.
