ACT 20m High Performance VGA Cable Male-Male

ACT 20m High Performance VGA Cable Male-Male | Connect VGA devices over a longer run

Without a long cable, you may need to place your VGA equipment close together or rethink where it sits. This ACT cable gives you a 20-metre male-to-male VGA connection, for setups where the source and display need more room between them. It suits anyone whose equipment uses VGA sockets and who needs a cable with male connectors at both ends. The useful point here is the stated length: you can plan a route across a room or around a workspace without relying on a short lead. Its a straightforward part of a VGA setup, rather than an adapter or a bundle of extra connections. One practical note: a 20-metre cable needs a little thought before you route it, so measure the path you actually want it to follow.

Planning a 20m VGA connection

Think about where each end will connect, then consider the full route between them. The distance across a room may be shorter than the cable path once you account for going around furniture or along an edge. The ACTs male-to-male format means both ends are plugs; your equipment needs matching VGA sockets for the direct connection. Thats the detail to check against your setup before choosing this cable. Its 20-metre length is the main reason to pick it over a shorter lead, but a longer route can also leave extra cable to manage. Decide where that spare length will go before you connect everything. The product name describes it as high performance, but no further performance figures are provided here, so the clearest basis for choosing it is the VGA connection type and cable length.
