overload and overheating.

LOW NOISE THANKS TOTWO SEMI-PASSIVE MODES

Compared to previous LEADEX Ill series plattorm, the fan pertormance has been optimized
in order to minimise the amount of noise produced, the Fluid Dynamic Bearing fans played a
particularly important role in making this possible. The end users are able to select between
three different cooling modes according to the PC operating environment.
In ECO 0, the fan start operating as soon as the temperatures are between 62C and 68C.
When temperatures fall below 47C and 53C again, the fan stops again.
In ECO 1, the temperature threshold at which the fans start is 42C to 48C, with the lower
threshold being 27C to 33C.
Thanks to the low fan speeds and the FDB bearings, the power supply remains extremely
quiet even in active operation.

MODERN PLATFORM,HIGH-QUALITY COMPONENTS

LLC resonance conversion in the primary range and
DC-DC conversion for the +3.3- and +5-volt rails ensureoverall system stability.
105 degree electrolytic capacitors of Japanese brand
and polymer solid capacitors are used on the motherboardin order to offer the best quality.
Complete protection: with protection against over- andundervoltage (OVP, UVP), short circuit (SCP), overload(OPP), overheating (OTP) and overcurrent (OCP on +3.3 ar
+5 volt rails), the LEADEX Ill always shuts down in anemergency to protect valuable hardware (and itself) fromdamage.
